“Stolen Stories is a purging of the timelines, manifestations and energy that colonisation has sewn into the bloodlines of indigenous peoples who are still surviving within the manifested realms of intergenerational oppression. Originally a theatre show directed by Manoa TeAiwa featuring in the Auckland and Wellington Pasifika Arts Festivals, addressing phosphate mining and radioactive fallout in the pacific. Later adapted into a short video series as an activation of personal decolonisation.”
